JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

As a Marketing & Communications Associate for Art Force, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team responsible for increasing awareness and generating leads for sales staff. This opportunity will allow you to work on projects and learn about marketing communications programs comprised of multiple promotional components (advertising, web, e-marketing, social media, etc.) You will be working in an entrepreneurial environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Below is a general outline of the functions you will learn about and potentially be working on projects.

  • Market intelligence gathering: Horizontal and vertical market segments, System to identify key contacts
  • Database and content management
  • Ongoing campaigns and promotions
  • Direct marketing and research: Phone – Outbound/Inbound, Email – Mass/Targeted, Direct mail – Mass/Targeted
  • Digital marketing program: Social media
  • PR campaign
  • Prepare and submit articles: Subject matter expert, Columns, Subject Matter Guides, Newsletters
  • Prepare news releases – Local/National
  • Advertising: Ads, Radio

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Working towards a degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 2 years or more years relevant experience is helpful
  • Must have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Requires the ability to multi-task and be extremely organized
  • Must be able to work independently and in teams
  • Strong attention to detail; always expecting to perform high quality work
  • Working knowledge of internet tools and computer software
